We build property websites with an easy listings dashboard, connect agencies to Property24, set up WhatsApp AI chatbots that answer enquiries, and plan and manage digital marketing for estate agencies.
How much does a real estate website cost?
Our Website & dashboard service is R1 250 a month excluding VAT, on a 12-month minimum term with no setup fee. Hosting, security, updates and support are included. Add the Property24 integration and WhatsApp AI chatbot and the bundle saves 10%.
Can you publish our listings to Property24?
Yes. With our Property24 integration your team captures a listing once and it's published to your website and sent to Property24. The connection method depends on the integration access available for your agency's account. Howzit Digital is an independent provider.
How does the WhatsApp AI chatbot work?
It replies to WhatsApp enquiries straight away using information your agency has approved, shares listing details and hands the conversation to an agent when a person is needed.
How do you handle personal information?
We collect only what's needed to respond to an enquiry, never sell it or share it for marketing, and keep enquiries in a secure dashboard that only your team can access.
